1. The grant application period opens on May 17, 2023 and closes on the last working day of June (June 30, 2023). The grant application form and a draft contract are available for download at the bottom of this page in both .pdf and word .doc formats.
2. The completed application and all attachments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2023. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the grant application is sent to and received by the Authority by the specified deadline. The Authority assumes no responsibility for delays or other problems with the transmittal of the application.
3. Applications will be considered beginning at the July 26, 2023 Board meeting. Applicants will be expected to have a representative at the Board meeting to explain the request and answer questions.
4. Once a grant application is approved by the Board, the applicant’s resolution, summary of the project and time schedule will be incorporated by reference into a contract between the Authority and the grant recipient.
